Once we got that out of the way, we headed across this cool bridge to the Waterloo station and got our Eurostar tickets for Paris on Thursday.

Then we jumped on the tube to Trafalgar Square where they have this famous fountain:

and the National Gallery:

and the pigeon whisperer.

It used to be that the pigeons hung out by the fountain and anyone could walk up and feed them. Since then, they have made it illegal to feed the pigeons. Now they hang out in front of the museum and just this guy feeds them on the sly (except he charges 1 pound to tourists, so it's not so on the sly).
From here we walked through the theatre district to Covent Garden where we ate fish & chips for lunch (Lindsay's favorite), and then we jumped back on the tube to check out the outdoor market at Camden Town. After a short rest at the hotel we headed back out to The Tower of London, which is right by the Tower Bridge.

And finally our last stop for the day was through Lester Square and Piccadilly Circus (the Time Square of London).

It was a VERY full day. We wanted to see as much as possible since our stay in London is going to be a quick one. I love London! I love the way it smells like band aids and car tires. It brings back all of the good memories that I had living here 10 years ago.
